Two friends launch a new business in Blackpool which is the culmination of a lifetime interest in Collective Toys.
Marc Walsh and Damian Bailey come from different backgrounds and different parts of the UK. Marc is an Essex boy and Damian is from Australia via Oldham.
Marc explained “We spend all our time looking for collective toys, and have purchased all our stock from people wishing to sell items, car boots, websites etc.
It is a labor of love which means we can sell items for as little as £1 up to an amazing £10,000 for a small collective toy. What is hard to believe is that a toy that cost £1.59 can now be worth in excess of £1,000”.
Damian also runs small hotel in Blackpool which he purchased at the beginning of the 2016 season. He commented “Blackpool is a fabulous town and we are delighted to have opened our first shop here. The interest already is immense with a customer base running into the hundreds”.
Respawn Collective Toys is the latest shop to open on Waterloo Road and once again shows the diverse range of destination shops now open on this vibrant part of Blackpool.
This is the Ninth new starts in South Beach in the past few months!
